Developers apply to redevelop Rochester's abandoned psychiatric hospital into hotel

I'll believe it when I see it.

Seems like every 5 years someone comes in saying they're going to tear this building down and do something cool, and then inevitably they walk when they realize how expensive it's going to be just to tear it down.
