I preordered the framework 16 with the graphics card on launch day 7 days ago, I read they will send the code after 5 days in some places while others say they will send it before starfield launch. Has anyone recieved a code already? As of writing this I have not.

I would think they will at least wait until the order is confirmed (payment processed on your card?). They do mention in that email that you can lose the preorder bonus if you change your preorder to remove the GPU module prior to shipping.
I haven’t followed when Starfield is supposed to launch, I am in no rush to play.
Im in no hurry to play as well, i was just wondering what is up with it. and it launches sep 6, so not too far from now
