Ampelfraktionen und Union im Bundestag einigen sich auf eine lange geplanten Resolution gegen Judenhass. Der Entwurf enthält auch umstrittene Forderungen.
Es dürften keine staatlichen Mittel an Organisationen gehen, die „Antisemitismus verbreiten, das Existenzrecht Israels in Frage stellen, die zum Boykott Israels aufrufen oder die die BDS-Bewegung aktiv unterstützen

- Taking note of the resolutions of the Security Council and General Assembly, the Court is of the view that Member States are under an obligation not to recognize any changes in the physical character or demographic composition, institutional structure or status of the territory occupied by Israel on 5 June 1967, including East Jerusalem, except as agreed by the parties through negotiations and to distinguish in their dealings with Israel between the territory of the State of Israel and the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967. The Court considers that the duty of distinguishing dealings with Israel between its own territory and the Occupied Palestinian Territory encompasses, inter alia, the obligation to abstain from treaty relations with Israel in all cases in which it purports to act on behalf of the Occupied Palestinian Territory or a part thereof on matters concerning the Occupied Palestinian Territory or a part of its territory; to abstain from entering into economic or trade dealings with Israel concerning the Occupied Palestinian Territory or parts thereof which may entrench its unlawful presence in the territory; to abstain, in the establishment and maintenance of diplomatic missions in Israel, from any recognition of its illegal presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory; and to take steps to prevent trade or investment relations that assist in the maintenance of the illegal situation created by Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory
Bezieht sich der Boykott in dem Beschluss der UN nicht auf israelische Waren und Dienstleistungen aus den seit 1967 völkerrechtswidrig besetzen Gebieten und der deutsche Beschluss auf das Verbot des allgemeinen Boykotts jeglicher israelischer Waren und Dienstleistungen ungeachtet der genauen Herkunft?
Der Beschluss, oder technisch "advisory opinion" bezieht sich einerseits explizit auf die Waren, andererseits aber konkret auch

Da dürfte die Trennung praktisch unmöglich sein.
BDS ruft zu einem Boycott von allen Produkten auf. Mit dem Hinweis, dass praktisch alle israelischen Firmen direkt oder indirekt die illegale Besatzung ermöglichen oder davon profitieren.

The BDS movement calls for a boycott of all the products of all Israeli -- and international -- companies that are involved in Israel’s violations of Palestinian rights. Virtually all Israeli companies are complicit to some degree in Israel’s system of occupation and apartheid. Some of our biggest economic boycott and divestment campaigns are against companies that operate in illegal Israeli settlements in the Occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem. This is simply because campaigns targeting these companies are, at this stage, more capable of winning widespread support and succeeding. But other large campaigns, especially in the academic and cultural sphere, have gone well beyond settlements to address other serious Israeli human rights violations.
