The first was a huge blow but salvageable, it was an APT who nailed them, sometimes that happens, but they could claim we changed, it's better now, etc.

This proves they ain't changed and it ain't better.
- Yea, my first thought was along simular lines - there are many issues that had built up over years of negligence.
