Bruh parsnips are amazing.. Had some at a brewery about a month or so ago. Gonna have to give this recipe a try.
My mom always hated parsnips and I never had them as a kid. Then I learned to lightly steam them and bake until caramelized, and I can never get enough when the season comes around.
Haha nice! I never even heard of them until I played stardew valley!
Turns out, most things are amazing when cooked correctly
