Judge Rules Catholic Employers Can Deny Workers Time Off for Reproductive Care

Wait until the absolute most inconvenient time of the year, then no-show until you get fired, then collect unemployment, then find an employer that at least pretends to treat you like a human being.

To be fair to the judge, it's inline with SCOTUS on Hobby Lobby. But Hobby Lobby was a shit decision and so is this. Giving employers Super Rights that supercede their employees is unconstitutional and not in line with democratic values.

Considering you don't have to tell them why you want off I'm not even sure how they'd know.

Surely only to their Catholic employees, right?
