Various otome reviewers and creators on the Fediverse!
It seems more otome people have been getting on the Fediverse lately.
BlerdyOtome is on it, kind of, via web.brid.gy (found out about that thanks to @[email protected], thank you!). Frustratingly enough, searching for her via @[email protected], which is how you are supposed to do it works on Mbin but not Lemmy. It does work on Mastodon: https://mastodon.social/@[email protected]

I think both BlerdyOtome and OtomeKitten are not actually checking those accounts, just reflecting their posts on their main sites over to Fediverse platforms, but hey, at least they know we're alive!

There was a VN creator who did amare, perhaps otome, that I found on Fedi but I do not remember their name. I'll put them here if I remember.
Overall it seems otome on Fedi is on Mastodon, so I should make an account. (Definitely won't abandon here though!) I have been meaning to for awhile, the one thing blocking me has been figuring out what server to go to. I really do not want to use the flagship for purposes of decentralization.
How about blorbo.social? It's a fandom-centric instance and I'm following a bunch of accs from there!

I have a feeling my need to not see this on social media funtime as opposed to my "stay informed" time, to not end up doomscrolling/stressed/despairing about the world will not be taken kindly, even though I am a POC myself, though not black or indigenous. Are you able to filter your content on that instance well enough to avoid politics and accounts of marginalization? I want to join but a lot of servers have some political post on the first ten posts, and I do not know too much about what options Mastodon has to filter content, or if I can restrict to people and hashtags I follow.
