I don't have a smartphone, I don't have a smartphone, and never. Also I wouldn't even know what to do.
You can use Telegram on desktop if you want! You'd be best off trying to see if there are any local furry meets for example. That can be a good way to get a foothold with likeminded people. Or search online for fetish events.
You need the app to sign up. I haven't worked up the courage to go to any IRL events. It was hard enough to start posting here... Maybe one day.
