But they also were super easy to break because of the wire.
Be thankful you haven’t ever had to sit there for about half an hour playing bendy with the wire to find the ‘dead spot’.
Sheesh back in high school I got to a point I'd strip the wires and cut out the bad bit at lunch.
Some got short.
Memories.
Just replace the wire? And if the wire is non-replaceable, that means you have low-quality headphones, so you shouldn't be surprised that the wire broke so early on.
