This is a straightforward composition showing the front of the Smithsonian Castle, which is not actually a castle, and, despite being part of the Smithsonian, not actually a museum, either (it houses mostly offices and a small visitor center). It sits on the National Mall, which, despite the name, is not actually a shopping center. Lies and deceit everywhere!
