That would be something... Blow up that ridiculous palace Putin has, maybe even with him included. That would certainly cause some turmoil.

Also forcing them to station troops and equipment there, which could otherwise be in Ukraine.
Moving the equipment into place if it's from far enough away also makes it target they can watch for and get in transit while it's probably more exposed.
