What about you?
I had some surprisingly amazing grilled brined tofu on a bed of mashed peas in 2014. Most surprising because I hate tofu and peas.
Do have the recipe by any chance?
No, this was a restaurant meal. I did try to replicate it once in my own kitchen, but I don't remember exactly what I did and it wasn't very good anyway.
