My work contract has a 5% pay raise kicking in on the pay period for this week onward, so trajectory towards the black is good!

There is a major (positive) change in our instances coming up, I am looking forward to it, but I am worried that everything can go wrong.

The instance is really lovely isn't it?! It's nice to see people starting to post and chat with each other here. I suppose when you launch a new instance you're never quite sure how it'll go, what a leap of faith, ey?

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you. One great thing about this small community is that there are always improvements and changes. I see how hard you work to fix some of the pitfalls in the backend. -this is fine emoji-

I'm feeling that too, it's early days yet but so far so good, everyone is super nice.
Well it's been pretty hot here this week, and luckily I booked this week off way in advance, so I didn't have to suffer through so much. Also nice that my week off tied in with the exodus of people from the other site, I dunno if I'd have been as motivated to learn about the fediverse and stuff if I was doing after getting home from work. Spent most of the week resting and catching up on things, also looked up various stuff and tinkered with my stack of Raspberry PI (that currently do very little) to see if I could use them for fediverse stuff. I have one working as a file server already and played around with Yggdrasil network on it, but the others are kinda sitting there just running nothing atm. I discovered this place at least! And a fair amount of other communities, hopefully the ball keeps rolling on these, the start seems promising. I'll try to keep contributing to various ones too.
Phew! I really feel you, things are really starting to heat up now! Heat The fediverse is a lot all at once and I can see a lot of confusion in some of the popular threads on the bigger instances but between all of the confusion is fun and I sense a bit of hope too. It's really lovely to see this. I don't blame you though, heat compounded with exhaustion from work makes it hard to find the inspiration to keep up with things like this.
There's so much potential with your stack of Raspberry PI on the fediverse! I know that Revengeday and felsqualle know a bit about things like this. Whatever you end up tinkering with, I hope it's fun for you! :D

What went well? I got a new job, just gotta jump through hoops like a good little corpo irl and I'll be making +$6 more a hour than I do now.

What didn't go well? Got suspended a few days before the Reddit wide AMA so I couldn't immolate my account then.

Being brand new to the fediverse, finding this place, and coming up to speed on the basics of how it all works feels like a good win to me.
What didn’t go well?
Still not paid to breathe, gotta keep grinding for the man.
Is there anything you’re proud of?
Are you asking me this on PRIDE month? ;D jk, not really a whole lot. Pretty happy with how my CPRed table is going. Still need to pump some more content.

September is gonna slap for all the games that are coming down. Armored Core, Cyberpunk, Starfield, just to get started.

Found this one; also started a 'magazine' on kbin.social for cyberpunkred, but it doesn't seem to be getting any traction yet. YET. Not really intended on being a community so much as a GM-tool / media / general-resource for players.
