Well, now we know their strike strategy.
- I don't understand, how would this affect the strike?
  
  @Lumidaub Actors are not allowed to do promotional appearances while striking. No panels, no nothing at SDCC.

  @Lumidaub @bflipp @startrek I think the point is that showing the episode *is* (possibly) the strike strategy. Since they can't have talent there to promote about what's upcoming in Trek.
  
  Oh so it's less "this is how they're trying to win con guests over to their side" and more "we were wondering what they'd be even doing and now we know", yes?

- Better strategic communications than a lot that we’ve seen recently from Paramount.
  
  I shouldn't be too harsh - they have screened episodes before, and this might always have been the plan.
