Butter chicken for dins..
Not mine though. Parents scored it from their apparently golf club's kitchen and gave it to me.
All I have to do is reheat it and fuck up the rice.
I made way too much lasagne.
It might have overflowed a bit into the oven. This does, however, mean there are some good crispy bits.

Use brown rice instead. It's not great in texture, but non rinse and soooo good for you.
