The Blue Hearts -- ネオンサイン (Neon Sign) [HIGH KICKS. 1991. Punk]

Hi! Thought I'd drop by and occasionally share some links to Japanese music that I like. (I see a lot of news posts, so I'm not sure if that's within the scope of this sub or not! Please let me know!)

I'm really fond of the Blue Hearts in general and feel they are overlooked as one of the great punk bands, up there with the best! A lot of fans of Japanese punk/rock might be familiar with their big hit "Linda Linda", which is also great, but they've got a really deep library of tunes in a variety of styles and moods. This track, "Neon Sign" has a calm and nostalgic feel that I really like, fitting for just kicking around on a hot summer day like today.
