Team Penske hit with penalties over Push to Pass use; O’Ward declared St. Petersburg winner

tl;dr: All three Penske cars were determined to have bypassed restrictions on Push to Pass on starts and restarts. Newgarden and McLaughlin were determined to have gained an advantage due to this; Power was not. All three cars fined and issued a points penalty. O'ward is promoted to 1st in the race.

    • Long Beach in particular was really good, with multiple viable pit strategies and a pretty down-to-the-wire finish.
