About 80% of S'pore households yet to collect free recycling box, collection ends on Apr. 30

I collected mine but, yes, I'm not sure how this helps promote recycling either.

Initially I thought if we just left the box outside our door, some folks would come collect it for recycling or something. But, nope. It's literally just a box to hold stuff.

Am I missing something? lol
