Minimalist PDF reader suggestion?

I usually read PDFs in Chrome, which has a lot of distractions. Where do you read your PDFs or e-books?

Librera reader and MJPDF are good Android apps you can get from F-Droid app store. Desktop there is Okular. All three are FOSS.
