Wtf is Material You?
- It's latest Android Design Guidelines, also known as Material Design 3.
  
  It's actually pretty good in order to have UX/UI consistency

Does Organic Maps support it?
- No
OSM AND, and various other apps use Open Street Map (www.openstreetmap.org)
- Doesn't answer OP question. OsmAnd doesn't use or support Material 3 / Material You design system.

  Just for context, Material you when relating to Google Maps refers to the user-generated content that is contributed to the platform. This can include things like photos, reviews, and ratings of places such as businesses, restaurants, and other points of interest.
- 1 for OSM AND, great app as a free alternative although some of the worthy upgrades need a subscription.
