The blue car is definitely in the wrong. The cam car has right away here. Blue car not only fucked up by not yielding but by also stopping in the middle of the road across lanes.

The Blue car pulled into an occupied intersection. They needed to wait until the intersection was clear.
Or stay to their right so cam car can hook around properly. People love to forget about driving on one side the very moment there’s no paint on the ground around them.
