There is a subreddit called /r/thenightfeeling. Somebody should make a community on lemmy if it doesn’t already exist.

In those nights, I usually have a Coffey (rum distilled in a still resembling the designs of Aeneas Coffey)
Efficient and not necessarily too neutral, classy. But coiling that condenser/feed through every single plate must have been a real fucker!
