COLUMBUS, Ohio / FRISCO, Texas – Pro Volleyball Federation – the premier women’s volleyball league in North America – began its opening week in partnership with Bolt6, a sports technology leader that delivers services in tracking, video replay and XR products.
Bolt6 is providing the League with video replay officiating that utilizes broadcast and 14 specialist 4K cameras placed around the court. While the video is made available to anyone with a device and internet connection, the Pro Volleyball Federation is using a centralized replay center – a world first for volleyball. Bolt6 will also provide the output of the decision to broadcast, in-stadium displays, and first referee.
