Registration issue

I tried creating an account a few weeks ago and I got an error that I did not fully answer the questions. I believe that I did not hit the preview button before submitting. I try to register again and get an error that an account already exists with my username. I tried a password that fails on questions not answered. It seems that my username is stuck in limbo unable to be confirmed or re-registered. Is there any way to fix this or email support?
