Somewhat true, but what Israel recently did was not technically a war crime. Mercenaries, militias, and fighters out of uniform do not recieve any geneva conventions protections. Meaning if the 3 men are who they say they are then there is no warcrime being committed.

By pretending to be civilians (not to mention killing an unarmed person in FUCKING HOSPITAL) they are committing a war crime. The victim's uniform is irrelevant
They shot people on their hospital beds, one was paralyzed. Literally hospitals are of protected status even if militants are there if they are there for treatment. Enough excuses.

"The hospital's director, Dr. Naji Nazzal, said the Israeli team entered the hospital at around 5:30 a.m. and made its way stealthily to the third floor, ringing the bell to enter the ward where the men were sleeping.
"They executed the three men as they slept in the room," he told Reuters. "They executed them in cold blood by firing bullets directly into their heads in the room where they were being treated." Hours later, a bloodied blue hospital pillow pierced by a bullet remained on a bed, while a folding bed nearby was also stained with blood, apparently from a shot to the head."
Almost as bad as slaughtering civilian's at a music festival.
Is this an excuse to commit war crimes or break IHL? Does Israel think it's above the law? Does Israel think it can be as bad as Hamas and get away with it?

The IDF raided the hospital disguised as medics and civilians. Even using a baby carrier in their disguise. This alone is sufficient war crime tier.
One of the killed men was in the hospitals for three months following a drone strike. He did not just set up camp there. Israel does not medically treat anyone they strike with drones, they only block ambulances. So that man naturally ends up in a Palestinian hospital.
The IDF terrorists raided at 05:30AM when everyone was asleep. They didn't try to arrest them but executed them while they were sleeping with bullets straight through their heads.

There are no good guys in this story.
Killing people in hospitals isn't allowed no matter their credentials. If Putin entered a Ukranian hospital to kill soldiers that would be a war crime as well.
You can't justify everything afterwards by saying "we're the good guys and they're the bad guys so it's fine".
