Anyone else disturbed by the font? At least I'm hoping it's font that makes it just look like 1s and Is have been swapped...
This is how they used to write them back in the 1920s or whenever it was Jefferson got hit with a chair.

It's just an old style of printing numbers. Look how the 3 has a descender.
