If you mean having the apps in Windows. Then if you are running Windows 11 you can install APKs natively. So youtube revanced would be a good shout.
If your on an older version of Windows, there is Bluestaks Android emulator.
I hope that the download function with IDM remains intact. I will download the videos and then watch them because I refuse to let advertisers dictate my eyeballs
I mean, I get it. Running a massive website like YouTube costs a LOT of money. That being said, the multiple unskippable ads before and during videos make for a terrible user experience. Maybe they should consider dialing that back some. Maybe that would get people to reconsider their use of an ad blocker.
