Japan announces emergency loan for India to fight Covid-19 pandemic - india news - Hindustan Times
This is the largest amount of financial assistance announced by any country so far to support India’s response to the Covid-19 crisis.
Why do we need a loan? What happened to PMCares fund? What happened to the other dozens of funds? Not to mention, Wtf happened to the GST that was collected from the states? Statue? Ram Mandir? That still doesn't account for the rest of it?
Edit: Also, Why the hell was income tax deducted last month if the govt. is gonna get a loan anyway?
India hasn't asked for loan. Japan offered it voluntarily.
