Accurate but most places that I'm aware of that serve chinese food are closed on Mondays.
Update: They were actually open today which I was thankful for as I travel for the Holidays.
If there’s a sizeable Jewish population, or probably non-Christian population, I bet they open on Mondays.
At least one Monday.
Depends on the size of the town, I suppose. I'm getting Chinese food tonight.
My local is typically closed on Mondays, but opened today.
