I mostly want to be able to block annoying magazines without seeing all is contents (say for NSFW stuff that's not tagged as such)

Realizing now that this seems to be an "web on mobile" problem exclusively (on that front tho, can userstyles be used on android phones?)
Firefox has Tampermonkey which can do scripts. I'm using that right now and have several scripts installed. And it still works if you set Kbin as it's own app.
If you want scripts+CSS then you will need to use Firefox nightly and go through the process of enabling all add ons to get add ons that can do CSS or something like Firemonkey which can do scripts and CSS
