Looks great! How did you season the chicken if I may ask? Seems to stay very juicy!
Most of that juiciness comes from a 2 day dry brine in the fridge. I season salt, pepper, paprika, and turmeric with powdered garlic and onion.
Fantastic blend. I really need to develop the foresight to brine my chicken days in advance
