Made this cake today using a recipe from Addicted to Dates. Ended up using animal crackers for the crust since I couldn’t find honey-free graham crackers nor digestive biscuits. Came out great though!

This makes rainbows in my heart! Vegan tiramisu is my all time favorite cake. It takes a while to make, at least the recipe I used as it called for making the lady fingers from scratch, but it was so dreamy. A cheesecake version sounds delightful, thank you for sharing!
Yes! How'd you make the lady fingers? I had used this recipe in the past, the hardest part (after getting that desired texture of the meringue) was piping the mixture onto the baking sheet. Getting them consistent was difficult. I might have to get a mold for next time.
