So this is what they spent development time on rather than gameplay and story. Figures.
- The tech was started on FIFA 21 and has been added to by various teams since then, article seems to dump it but the press release covers it
- Yes, because the developers working on hair physics were definitely the same people that would have otherwise been working on narrative design.
