Geoff takes some time to explore all some of the reasons the Uzumaki adaptation went so wrong. I didn't watch the show, but being an outside observer of the community's reaction has been fascinating. The roller coaster of emotions from episode 1 to episodes 2+ is something that I will remember for some time.

I'd love to get a good Junji Ito adaptation someday but at this point I'm beginning to thing the guy is cursed.
