No, they're not. They're stoned. That's what indica does to you. Sativa gets you high.. though technically since most plants are hybrids nowadays, they're probably a bit of both. But what's the ratio? You divide it up into hundreds, like 30/70 which would be 30 sativa and 70 Indica. The more indica, the more you are stoned, and the more sativa the more high.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring seriousness to this shitpost meme, but I'm just too damned high.
It's not so much the strain, but THC/CBD ratio. CBD acts as a moderator. And if you store THC-high weed for a while, eventually the THC starts decomposing into CBD.
