Everyone was a Nazi in WW2, except for the ones that wasn't Nazis.
I think the non-nazi list was just the British Commonwealth and the uninvolved bits of Africa and Asia
Not that the Commonwealth was totally Nazi Free, but we definitely weren't as pro Nazi as America was (not that America stayed pro Nazi for long)
Britisches Freikorps was quite a shitshow but it did exist.
