We need a nonprofit or something that will help low income red state families relocate and find affordable housing and jobs in blue states. Red states are third-world and deserve a refugee program.

What they really want is some of their voters to move to blue states and start voting for GOP policies anyway, hoping to turn those states red as well and drag them down to their level.
And yes, there are plenty of morons who will gladly flee red states because they're unliveable, then start voting in favor of enacting the same policies in their new state that caused them to leave their home state in the first place, because people are fucking stupid.
