Do you drink beer when you brew?

So week ago I and my friends brew beer, had BBQ and ecologicaly liquidated my beer/cider stockpile.

Let's just say that all of us has some murky memory of it.

I just know that everything got according to plan and the beer is good.

So do you drink when you are brewing?

  • I strictly only drink afterwards. During brewing, I want to keep a sharp mind so that I don't mess anything up, and just stick to the plan.

    After everything is done and cleaned up, I'll happily have a few beers and a pizza.
