Good. Austria had absolutely no real arguments against Romania’s accession to the Schengen space.
austrian here: absolutely correct, the decision was simply xenophobic. The poll-failing government tried to its push inner austrian popularity by this. Actions like this one were common place when Kurz became chancellor, his successor is stupid beyond belief and doesn't know what else to do.
