You can get Mullvad VPN for 5€/month, Comrade. The price is always the same, doesn't matter if you pick monthly or yearly subscription.

Don't know about the others but +1 for proton and windscribe. Don't use random free VPNs advertised online or random VPN mobile apps
Agreed, those two are your best bet.
Tell your parents that you need to prepare for a socialist revolution, which requires you to hide your identity online in order to do criminal anti-government activities. I'm sure they'll understand.
