Gonna start this section off with my fav, Salsa!

First post and I'm excited for this community! I want to share one of my very favorite things, Salsa! 😁

Salsa 1 is a tomatillo salsa with mulatto pepper. salsa 2 is a tomato salsa with Chipotle and guajillos peppers.

I constantly make variations based on what I feel like trying, inspired by, or craving!

Hope other people will share their favorites!

They both look really great. Is part or all of it home grown?
- No, I haven't been able to grow much this year, I've been mostly growing herbs and small cherry tomatoes that I can fit on a patio. I just planted a moruga scorpion pepper plant that I'm definitely going to roast and put in some hot salsa when I can! 😁🔥
