I noticed the other day that we have access to only 8 loans per month on Kanopy instead of 10, and I would think the budget cuts have something to do with that.
I haven't yet switched to the Eugene library, because the card for my previous city still works, and, looking at my history, I average 10 a month, so that's a bummer.
