Kremlin hasn't taken phone calls from the US in years. I think Austin managed to tell Shoigu that if Russia deployed a nuke that the US and other NATO alliance members would shove the Black Sea Fleet and Russia's conventional army in Ukraine and Syria up Shoigu's butthole, but that's it.
