5 0 ReplyAh! See I feel the same way about brioche, until it’s paired with a salty meat and a hot cheese and mustard, then it shines.
Also I have no pickles available at this time.
3 0 ReplyI've tried brioche with contrasting flavours and still can't get into them. Maybe it's time to give it another try.
2 0 ReplyI love brioche lorraine. It's sweet, has custard swirls and sultanas like a cinnamon bun and is delicious for breakfast

I had a brioche bun for breakfast. Mine had avocado, bacon, egg, bocconcini and pickles. An unusual combination but it worked pretty well.
