For the things they clearly tried to do but couldn't do in their engine, it's too late. For the quest designs that either need to be ripped out or replaced with something dramatically different in the pursuit of being engaging content (this is not every quest, for the record), it's too late. For the conversation system where you feel every year that they've been reusing the same code, it's too late.
My point may not have been clear. But I was trying to make reference to vast swathes of gamers who continually parrot the "It's good now" line after each update.
Oh, definitely went over my head. But Cyberpunk for sure ended up being pretty great. To be perfectly honest, I skirted by most of the launch issues for whatever reason, so I had a good experience with it back then too.
