There's an incident in Windsor. All trams and trains have been stopped going through there.
Update: Police have now arrested a man.
"Local salon owner Tom said some pedestrians were walking past the police tape and down the street before being turned around."
I wish I could understand some people. What must go through their minds when they see things like police tape cordoning off an area? Like, the actual thoughts.
It's very important I get to my hair appointment.
"I'm sure it's just some roadworks. They want to keep us away. NO FEAR!!!"
Hmm that's not too far from me. I wonder what happened.
