Up way too early courtesy of cashews… I should not have put the water they soaked in, back in. Oh well, live and learn. I have been surprisingly productive this morning, although my eyes now hate me. I have also enrolled in T1 subjects which has also caused me to pity future me. Like I want this, but also am just not in the headspace to enjoy the journey, which completely sucks since the feeling has literally been going on since the start. But, life, privilege, yah, yah, yah…

You never had cold brewed cashews before?
Um no. Can't say I have.
That's probably for the best, it seems it may cause intestinal distress!
You can soak then blend cashews for a creamy paste that can then be flavoured into a a number of things, eg, vegan "cheese"cake.
