Why do no delivery companies seem to respect "signature required" and "no authority to leave"? What's the point of asking if they're just going to leave my shit in front of the door anyway?
Metrics, probably. The drivers get penalised for taking too long, so they just chuck them out all the same, whether they are marked fragile, meant to be delivered to hand, etc. It takes too long to figure out which packages have an exception, and which don't.
