I made a post in the general discussion channel about my neighbor's dogs barking all night, and instead of just allowing the fucking thread to continue as a general discussion, it's locked by a moderator and told the post here. Y'all literally turn into this place into Reddit.
If it was posted to a political thread, sure, but it's literally fucking called general discussion. The best part about leaving Reddit were the moderators who just had to have control of something in their lives, and here we are again.

Oh. I thought you were mad about someone else's choices about their own community. You are saying that they shouldn't have the choice to remove content that they don't think fits in their community right?
I'm saying as someone who wanted to post content and was told to choose a community to post in, then scrolled a bit and specifically found one that would make sense as a good fit aka "General Discussion" that I find it silly that the entire discussion was locked mid discussion
On a tech focused instance... The general section will be about tech, not your anger about dogs. You not understanding where you are isn't other people's fault.
