Legal status. Which I am sure they're talking about revoking because she's been "charged with a crime."
That is the plan. Even for people who are in the US legally, just charge them with a crime, and that legal status can be pulled and they can be deported. Maybe even to Gitmo in the near future.
ICE is Gestapo.
